Becoming a Certified Coach is a process, and we hope this step-by-step guide helps break it down!

This is for the age group U7 & U9

Create NCCP Number & Complete Safe Sport Training

Ensure You Complete the Following Mandatory Safe Sport Courses:

• NCCP Understanding the Rule of Two (20 min | Free)
• NCCP Emergency Action Plan (15 min | Free)
• NCCP Making Headway in Sport (60 min | Free)
• NCCP Make Ethical Decisions (45-60 min | $85)
• Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders (180 min | $30)
• NCCP Safe Sport Training (90 min | Free)

Fundamental Online Module

This isn't mandatory just encouraged to learn soccer skills

Criminal Record/VSS Check

A current (within 36 months) Criminal Record/VSS Check is required for all coaches, regardless of age group.

If you do not have one, email us to receive a letter so there will be no fee.

Update Your Ramp Profile

Register as staff and update your NCCP #, certification status, and VSS check in Ramp.

Create your profile, scroll to the bottom, and click the age group you'll be coaching.
Upload Criminal Record Check/VSS  and NCCP #.

Send Receipt to Treasurer
